ALLOTMENT ASSOCIATION

In response to a request from Parishoners the Allotments were set up in 2014 at little Oak Heath with the Parish Council managing to lease the land from EHDC.

Initially 10 plots were created on half of the land allocated.

As interest in the allotments grew, the remainder of the land was fenced in 2020 and the number of plots increased to 20 half standard size allotments. These were primarily for Wareside parishioners. The Allotment Association is our growing community providing not only friendship but each reaping the rewards of fresh air exercise and produce.
